  • The percentage of securities not in public hands (where known) updated every 6 months
  • Identity and percentage holding of significant shareholders updated every 6 months
  • Details of any restrictions on the transfer of AIM securities
• General Rule 26 Compliance requirements
  • The website should belong to the AIM company but may be hosted and managed by a third party
  • The website should be kept up to date and should display the date it was last updated
  • A declaration should be made stating that the information is being disclosed in accordance with Rule 26
  • All required information should be easily accessible from a single part of the website
